Waterdon has completed a total of 4 phases of the structural and membrane repairs for Carleton University’s P9 parking garage. These repairs have consisted of everything from:

  • Carbon fiber structural plates are installed on structural concrete beams to increase the rigidity of the structure
  • Reinforcing existing concrete beams with cast-in-place beam jackets
  • Structural steel upgrades to reinforce the structure
  • Temporary shoring of the structure when steel tendons were reported corroded
  • Concrete column repairs
  • Vertical and horizontal concrete repairs
  • Traffic membrane removal and installations
  • Door and frame replacement
  • Stair and tread replacements
