Waterdon played a pivotal role in transforming a 1960s home in central Ottawa, orchestrating a comprehensive demolition of both the interior and exterior finishes. Collaborating with our preferred design firm, Elle Seven, we not only facilitated the design process but also spearheaded all the construction efforts.

Our expert, in-house team revamped every facet of the home, including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces, catering to the evolving needs of a growing family led by two dynamic business professionals. The result is a welcoming and harmonious blend of light, expanded space and an overall sense of openness.

Rounding out the team was the millwork contactor, Greater Ottawa Millwork, and BG Excavating who completed the project excavation and backfill work.

The completion of this project stands as a testament to Waterdon’s commitment to excellence, leaving us tremendously proud of the transformative journey and stunning outcome achieved.
